Use of Service
Use Inhire only for lawful recruitment. You own account activity and data accuracy.
Credits & Billing
Credits are non-refundable and expire after 12 months. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Data Processing
You own candidate data. We process it only for Inhire. You handle consent.
Intellectual Property
Ideact AI owns Inhire. You own your data. AI outputs are decision support.
Termination
Either party may terminate anytime. You have 30 days to export data before deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Inhire is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or own hiring decisions.
