Terms of Service

Inhire helps hiring teams screen resumes, run AI interviews by voice and text, and rank candidates, then export shortlists to the applicant tracking systems they already use. The service is available at platform.inhireai.app. This website describes the service; the product itself runs on the platform.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

Inhire does not charge per seat or per user. You may invite your recruiting team and hiring managers to your workspace.

Evaluations are paid for with credits. The number of credits each action uses, the price of credits, and any free starting allowance are shown in the platform and on our pricing section at the time you use or buy them.

Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout. We may change pricing for future purchases; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

You own the data you upload, including job requirements, resumes, and candidate responses. You give us the right to process that data only to provide, secure, and support the service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process candidate data, for telling candidates that AI is used in your screening process, and for complying with employment and data protection laws that apply to you.

Scores, rankings, summaries, and transcripts produced by Inhire are decision support. They can be wrong or incomplete. Inhire does not make the final decision to advance, reject, or hire anyone; your recruiters and hiring managers do, and you are accountable for those decisions.

You agree not to:

• use the service to discriminate against candidates on grounds that are unlawful where you hire
• upload data you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful
• probe, overload, or attempt to break the security of the platform
• resell or provide access to the service to third parties without our written agreement
• reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it

Ideact AI owns Inhire, including its software, design, and brand. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active. Output generated for your candidates is yours to use for your hiring.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Inhire and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. On closure we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell account holders in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
