Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Inhire, we process:

• account data: name, work email, organisation, and login details
• candidate data a customer uploads or collects through Inhire: resumes, contact details, answers to screening questions, and voice or text interview responses with transcripts
• evaluation output: scores, rankings, summaries, and notes generated for a role
• usage and service data: actions in the platform, credit use, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service
• messages you send us, for example to hi@ideact.id

For candidate data, the customer who runs the screening decides why and how it is used. We process it on that customer's behalf and on their instructions. For account data and service logs, we decide the purposes and act as the responsible party.

If you are a candidate and want to see or delete your data, contact the organisation that invited you to apply first. We will help them respond.

We use personal data to:

• provide the screening, interview, ranking, and export features you ask for
• create and secure accounts, bill credits, and give support
• keep the service reliable, investigate abuse, and fix faults
• meet legal obligations

Inhire uses AI to read resumes, conduct interviews, and score answers against the criteria a customer sets. These outputs support a human decision; they do not make the final decision to advance, reject, or hire a candidate. Customers are responsible for telling candidates that AI is used in their process.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run Inhire, such as hosting and AI model providers, bound to use data only for our service
• systems you choose to connect, for example your applicant tracking system, when you export a shortlist
• authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety

We keep account data while the account is active, and candidate data while the customer keeps it in the platform or until they ask us to delete it. After closure we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law or to resolve a dispute.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a copy. Send a request to hi@ideact.id and we will reply. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the affected customers and authorities as the law requires.

This marketing website does not run advertising or analytics trackers. It saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Links to platform.inhireai.app and to third parties are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders in advance of material changes.
