Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities: · Ensure excellence quality of product and services; · Create SMART strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets; · Manage restaurant for forecasting, profit & loss and COGS; · Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity; · Able to oversee handling of inventory; · Identify, analyze and solve problems related to operations (internal and external). Requirements: · Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent; · Minimum 5 years experience in the Restaurant Management; · Have a great knowledge about sales oriented; · Understanding of P\&L report and inventory; · People & smile oriented, good leader, inspires people to do great performance; · Problem solving, communication skills, comprehend financial management skills; · Fluently to speak English and skilfully in Microsoft office is a must.
Crew Kitchen
Responsibilities: · Preparing product before production; · Control any ingredients that can still be used in cooking; · Preparing meals according to standard recipe, hygiene and making order; · Conduct FIFO method for all raw materials; · Cleaning the environment, kitchen equipment and machine; · Assisting in receiving and storing item delivered; · Making a daily, weekly and monthly inventory. Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage; · Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Western Food; · Understand and able to cook western and Indonesian food; · Able to basic cutting, food hygiene and kitchen safety; · Understand logistics, hygiene & sanitation, food handling and stock inventory; · Able to work under pressure and work in a team; · Responsible and willing to learn to develop themselves; Able to speak & listen English.
Barista
Responsibilities: · Prepare dan serving beverages following recipes, such as grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee, tea and specialty beverages; · Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs; · Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter; · Maintain stock of product, clean and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment; · Comply with safety regulations, quality controls and presentation beverages; · Keep the bar area clean. Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage; · Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Barista; · Hands on experience with brewing equipment, calibration and latte art; · Great communication skills; · High level of attention to detail and creative; · Willingness to work as part of a high energy, efficient team in a fast paced environment; · Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge; · Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes; Team player and approachable manner.
Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities: · Receive and confirm walk in, telephonic and online reservations; · Able to effectively communicate, engage and connect with customers; · Able to effectively handle complaints and maintain customer experience; · Able to upsell and meet daily targets; · Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus; · Able to transport food from kitchen to tables; · Clearing glassware, smallware and crockery from each table; · Extending an invitation for customers to return. Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in any field; · Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Food & Beverages Service or Public Relation; · Good appearance, pleasant personality and well groomed; · Sales oriented, positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction; · Friendly and eager to serve with attitude; · Able to work under pressure; · Able to work in a team, responsible and willing to learn to develop themselves; Able to speak & listen English.
Steward
Tugas dan Tanggung jawab · Membersihkan peralatan dapur, piring, gelas, dan peralatan makan setelah digunakan; · Menjaga kebersihan seluruh area kitchen ; · Memastikan bahan pembersih ( chemical ) digunakan dengan benar dan aman; · Menjaga standar sanitasi dan kebersihan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku; · Membantu tim kitchen dalam persiapan operasional harian; · Mengoperasikan dishwasher / mesin pembersih sesuai prosedur yang aman; · Melaporkan kerusakan peralatan kepada Atasan. Kualifikasi · Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat; · Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi Steward atau Kitchen Helper; · Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai kebersihan dapur dan sanitasi makanan; · Teliti, jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab dan sanggup bekerja dalam tim dengan tempo cepat; · Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi; · Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift dan bersifat Daily Worker .
