Crew Kitchen
Responsibilities:
· Preparing product before production;
· Control any ingredients that can still be used in cooking;
· Preparing meals according to standard recipe, hygiene and making order;
· Conduct FIFO method for all raw materials;
· Cleaning the environment, kitchen equipment and machine;
· Assisting in receiving and storing item delivered;
· Making a daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage;
· Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Western Food;
· Understand and able to cook western and Indonesian food;
· Able to basic cutting, food hygiene and kitchen safety;
· Understand logistics, hygiene & sanitation, food handling and stock inventory;
· Able to work under pressure and work in a team;
· Responsible and willing to learn to develop themselves;
Able to speak & listen English.
Skills
- Understand and able to cook western and Indonesian food, Able to basic cutting, food hygiene and kitchen safety; Understand logistics, hygiene & sanitation, food handling and stock inventory
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Western Food
Education
- Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage
