Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
· Ensure excellence quality of product and services;
· Create SMART strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets;
· Manage restaurant for forecasting, profit & loss and COGS;
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity;
· Able to oversee handling of inventory;
· Identify, analyze and solve problems related to operations (internal and external).
Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent;
· Minimum 5 years experience in the Restaurant Management;
· Have a great knowledge about sales oriented;
· Understanding of P&L report and inventory;
· People & smile oriented, good leader, inspires people to do great performance;
· Problem solving, communication skills, comprehend financial management skills;
· Fluently to speak English and skilfully in Microsoft office is a must.
