Barista
Responsibilities:
· Prepare dan serving beverages following recipes, such as grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee, tea and specialty beverages;
· Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs;
· Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter;
· Maintain stock of product, clean and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment;
· Comply with safety regulations, quality controls and presentation beverages;
· Keep the bar area clean.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage;
· Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Barista;
· Hands-on experience with brewing equipment, calibration and latte art;
· Great communication skills;
· High level of attention to detail and creative;
· Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment;
· Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge;
· Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes;
Team player and approachable manner.
