About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power our platform, working across the entire stack to deliver reliable and high-quality software.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust fullstack applications and services
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across frontend and backend
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering
Bachelor's degree from a public university (Universitas Negeri)
Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, Node.js, Python, or equivalent)
Experience designing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Solid understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Nice to have

Experience working in a SaaS or product-focused engineering team
Exposure to containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with AI/ML integration or data-intensive applications

Skills

Proficiency in modern frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Python) stacks, API design (REST/GraphQL), databases, cloud, CI/CD, and testing.

Experience

5+ years in fullstack engineering, ideally within SaaS or product-focused environments, including system design and mentoring.

Education

Bachelor's degree from a public university (Universitas Negeri).
