About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for our AI-powered HR Tech platform.

You will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and decision-makers to understand their hiring challenges and position our solution as a strategic partner in improving hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries (startup to enterprise)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct product presentations and tailored demos to HR and business stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring processes and recommend suitable AI-driven solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting in CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or enterprise clients is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling AI-based or data-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR workflows
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong consultative selling skills
