About the Role
The Finance Manager will lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department. This position will report to the Finance Director, Group Chairman, and Group Vice Chairman.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting.
· Create long term forecast, annual budget, and rolling cashflow projection.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
· Oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and cash management.
· Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including tax correspondence, and handle SP2DK processes with the Indonesian Tax Office.
· Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
· Develop and maintain effective internal controls, accounting procedures, process improvement including upgrade finance tools and automate data reporting.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting at a managerial level.
· Possession of Brevet A, B, and C Tax Certifications is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and tax planning.
· Proven experience in handling Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
· Proven experience in handling SP2DK and/or tax audit.
· Proficient in accounting systems such as ERP, Accurate, Journal ID; Ms. Excel; PPT; and familiar using AI App.
· Strong understanding budgeting, cash flow management, and financial projection/modelling.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Female candidate, preferably of Chinese ethnicity.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
